The P2P Team Leader plays a key role in managing Procure-to-Pay administration activities and supporting the daily operation of the procurement function. The position focuses on team leadership, process optimization, stakeholder management, and ensuring high-quality P2P service delivery across multiple countries and business functions.
The purpose of the role is to drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure efficient, compliant procurement processes in a fast-paced international environment.
German Speaking P2P Team Leader
Feladataim
- Lead, coach, and develop the P2P Administration team through performance management, mentoring, and regular feedback
- Provide operational guidance on Procure-to-Pay processes and support process improvement initiatives
- Support daily operations, including reviewing purchasing requests, creating purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and handling billing-related queries
- Plan resources and ensure adequate team coverage across supported countries and functions
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and stakeholder-related issues
- Produce, analyze, and interpret operational reports to support workload management and service performance
- Monitor workloads, identify trends, and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and internal procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and procurement teams
- Support the delivery of high-quality procurement services across the organization
Az Ön képzettségi szintje
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes and relevant operational experience
- Previous people management experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and coordinate a team
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong prioritization and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Commercial awareness and strong analytical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
